We need a fantastic individual to join our growing team of web specialists. Above all you should have a sound understanding of managing multiple web projects and will be able to effectively liaise with a client throughout the project cycle as well as manage the in-house development team.
Typical tasks include:

- Day to day communication with clients and management of information to ensure that all materials for project delivery are available
- Rapid identification of issues concerning the project, specifically: changing timelines, scope creep requiring budgetary alterations, internal issues affecting client work and communicating these back to the client
- Liaising with client, sales and development team in the initial stages of projects to identify all deliverables and creation of appropriate documentation
- Generation of written briefs, scopes and specifications for clients and to ensure accurate and timely implementation of work by production teams
- Generation of accurate, profitable written costings for clients working as appropriate on the advice of relevant production managers
- Generation of project critical path documents for clients.
- Client review meetings; during and post project
- On-going client web site and analytic reviews in order to generate reports on recommended improvements
- Weekly/Daily work scheduling for team members and long term team resource planning for projects
- Constant communication with production team members to ensure that projects remain on course
- Ensuring projects are profitable and that non-project work is quoted, tracked and billed accordingly
Key skills and attributes
- Strong commercial awareness with consideration of the bottom line
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In depth knowledge and interest in the web and digital marketing
- Good understanding of the principles of project management and project management methodologies
- Good understanding of information architecture, usability and customer journeys online
- Experience in successfully running and delivering websites and other large creative projects
- Good man manager and team leader with the ability and interest in mentoring and growing the team
- Proactive and self-starting with the ability to take control of projects independently from day one
- Structured and organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst under pressure from conflicting client and internal needs
- Ability to work effectively across a range of client projects simultaneously
- Ability to plan time efficiently and manage resource across the projects at hand
- Ability to identify and resolve client and project issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ideally you will have a solid experience in a technical/programming environment
- Useful skills to have: HTML, Wireframing, Design, Copywriting, Usability, Accessibility, SEO
